John Charles Large Fibreglass Sculpt
What better way to provide a massive focal point for a travelling exhibition celebrating 1950s footballer John Charles than with a Gentle Giant the nickname by which he was known all over Europe.
The player was as famous for having not ever been sent off or booked as for his phenomenal goalscoring record for Swansea, Wales and Juventus. The exhibition featured a 4 metre fibreglass figure of John rigged from the ceiling with a projector fitted internally, playing footage to the floor.
