We were commissioned by BBC Wales to reproduce the world famous and iconic Emperor Daleks for the current series of Dr Who. These fearsome creatures were built in secret, and made with fibre glass and had space for the actors to sit in - to classically push the Dalek around with their feet. That combined with the radio controlled motorised head and eyepiece and spine-chilling voiceovers - was enough to make you jump behind the sofa.
