When Ragalian decided to refurbish Clyne Castle - a fabulous 18th century Grade II listed building overlooking Swansea Bay into luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments, they called on Specialist to create a model which would persuade prospective purchasers to take a closer look . The model not only captured the full magnificence of the castle but was even fitted with lights to provide a great nighttime effect.
